The crossed-broaches sharpeners enable anybody to sharpen one’s knife without any prior training.

Principe :
Le passage de la lame du couteau dans la fente de l'appareil permet de remettre son fil grâce à 4 tiges inox trempées (ou diamantées) qui restent à un angle toujours constant de 30°.

Rule :
The run of the knife’s blade into the opening of the devise enables to put the edge on thanks to 4 stainless steel rods hardened (or diamonded) which stay at a constant angle of 30°.
